*yawn* I just can't seem to fall asleep tonight...

Anyway, here's Tom's Character Sheet. I scrapped the old one and made one simple one for his 4th Generation model. Schnazzy, eh? I'm going to color it now, but here's some info on Tom (most of you WATCHers weren't around when I focused heavily on Tom's background, so this may or may not be appealing to you).

Background: When Tom was very young, his parents were killed by a clan of five psychopathic maniacs, the Five Murderers (however, his mother killed the leader, Sauron the Komodo Dragon, and so they became known as the Four Murderers). Tom escaped, though, and was literally taken under the wing of an owl merchant named Mr. Ocax. Mr. Ocax wasn't well, however, so though Tom occasionally was able to come with him to town to buy things, for the most part the old bird was restricted to his cottage in the woods. Eventually, the owl died. A year or two later, Tom met Simon, and he and his mother adopted Tom. Shortly after meeting Scott in the school grounds, the Four Murderers set their eyes on Tom. There was an assassination attempt, stopped by an okapi named Alice (the Alice I have as a character had not moved to the town yet; this is a different Alice, though still an okapi). Eventually, after a thrilling and dangerous chase by Murderer #1, Nazgul, and Murderer #2, Gollum, Tom, Simon, and Scott conquered the Four Murderers.

Description: Thomas Johnston Bombadil is an anthropomorphic okapi (this is the technical term; most of those who commonly draw anthropomorphic animals call them either "Anthros," which I do now, or "Furries," which apparently also refers to a cult). More accurately, he is a 15-year old Belgian okapi boy as of October 3rd, 2006 (he and Dreyfus share the same birthday). No, he isn't African, he's a Caucasian Belgian (no offense to any Africans, of course; I just don't really like the African sort of character, so I'm making Tom's nationality be what the Democratic Republic of the Congo's previous owner--Belgium--is). This is further confused by the fact that he, unlike most okapis, is a resident of the UK. More confusing is the fact that despite being in the UK and being Belgian, his customs are similar to mine, and so seem to be US customs. o_O Weird, eh? Anyway, though he has appeared in many apparel, his trademark clothes are the shirt and jeans worn by Gilligan from Gilligan's Island (though the jeans worn by Tom are shorts). This is the result of an accident; I was giving him my favorite outfit (which Dreyfus now sports as HIS trademark clothes), but accidentally colored the collar white and the shorts blue. I only realized a week afterwards that this was identical to Gilligan's clothes. XD

Anyway, like most okapis, Tom's tongue is one of the longest in the animal kingdom; he uses it in place of a toothbrush, and ear swab, a nasal swab (if there IS such thing), and even cleans his eyes with it. He'll also use it when he eats (Jar Jar Binks, anyone?). Tom's tail is slightly long; in the real world, okapis have slightly stubby ones, but I prefer giraffe tails. Just like okapis, Tom walks by swinging his left arm forward when his left leg goes forward (humans swing the left arm when the right leg goes forward; the simultaneous side thing that okapis do is a very ancient thing). He stands at a slight angle, due to his legs bending both front and back (like most artiodactyls, his hind legs are double-jointed, having two knees). His fore legs (or rather arms) are long and thin, ending with a hand-like hoof (foot?). Like all okapis, Tom is able to move his ears independently like a chameleon can its eyes; however, Tom tends to just keep his ears symmetrical. Between his ears are two hair-covered antlers, and beyond that towards his eyes are three cones of hair. Tom's irises are a shining dark brown.

Personality: Tom's personality is very similar to mine, though a bit more out-going. He's not afraid to dance in public, he's got himself a girlfriend (I'm not ready -_- ), he'll go on hikes anytime, and otherwise will spend his time in the woods. Tom is hard to anger, but is a bit jumpy (partially due to the rigid, alert nature of okapis), and may panic if approached unnoticed.
